Casa Belvedere is a modern and very cosy villa on the outskirts of Villaverde. Due to its special location, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the valley and the entire north of the island, all the way to Lanzarote. Equipped with everything your heart desires, it is the ideal house to spend a relaxing holiday with friends or family.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. An infrared panel is installed in all bathrooms, which ensures pleasant warmth even in winter. The light-flooded living area, the well-equipped kitchen and the dining area can accommodate 8 guests and is connected to the various terraces through large sliding glass doors. On the wind-sheltered pool terrace there is a lounge area, a large dining table for 8 and a small outdoor kitchen with a modern gas grill with side burner.

The heated pool has a counter-current system and the adjacent sun terraces furnished with comfortable deck chairs ensure long hours of relaxation and fun.

The villa has excellent Wi-Fi (Fibre 1Gb/s download, 1Gb/s upload). There is a 65-inch flat screen TV in the living room and a 55 inch in bedroom 1. In the living room you also have a high-quality sound system.

10 minute drive to Lajares, 15 minute drive to the beaches of Cotillo or Corralejo.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

• First payment: 30% deposit of the booking amount with the reservation by bank transfer.
• Second payment: 70% of the booking amount 14 days before arrival via bank transfer.
• The booking total does not include the additional items you have booked; these will be paid directly on site.

• The deposit is paid through the service provider SWIKLY APP. It has a very high security standard and allows you to make your deposit through debit or credit card without reducing your account balance or card limit.

• Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing by email. The local time of your booked holiday home applies.

• Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of your stay will be refunded in full. If you cancel at least 8 days before the start of the stay, you will receive a 70% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations within the last 7 days. There is the option of postponing your travel dates. In this case, only the 7% service fee will be retained.
