Villa Ventura is equipped with a very spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a large sofa where you can relax in front of the TV after a long day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area offers space for 10 people and invites you to sit together and enjoy meals.


Or you can relax on one of the many terraces, the outside lounge or dining area, sheltered from the wind and by the beautiful 38 m2 pool. There is a modern gas barbecue for all barbecue fans.


The five bedrooms are elegantly furnished and all have private bathrooms, most of which have access to a sheltered outdoor shower with hot water. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a large double bed, while the remaining three bedrooms each have 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with complimentary bed linen and plenty of storage space.


In the five bathrooms you will find all the amenities you need, including clean towels and a bath towel for the pool or beach.


The villa has excellent internet. There is a 75 inch flat screen TV in the living room and a 55 inch flat screen TV in two of the bedrooms. A washing machine is available free of charge in a separate storage room.


On request, we are happy to provide you with the large garage, which has space for two cars.

Villa Ventura- just 10 minutes walk to the centre Lajares!

Supermarket, bakery, many different shops, bars and restaurants.

10 - 15 minutes drive to the beaches of Cotillo or Corralejo!

BOOKING TERMS - VILLA VENTURA


  • Maximum occupancy: 10 people
  • Booking period: Minimum 6 days
  • Arrival from 4:00 p.m., departure before 10:00 a.m.

  • The basic price is €350 - €400/night depending on the season for 4 people, plus €25/night for each additional person.

  • The cleaning fee is €350; requested interim cleaning will be charged separately.
  • ViVa Fuerteventura service fee: 7% of the rental price, excluding final cleaning.
  • Deposit: €1,000 via SWIKLY APP. (https://www.swikly.com/en)
  • Bed linen, hand, shower and pool towels, Wi-Fi, water and electricity are included in the price. Additional linen changes will be charged separately.
  • Please send a copy of the ID/passport of all guests by email before arrival for registration with the local police.
  • No pets are allowed without the owner's consent.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS


  • First payment: 30% deposit of the booking amount with the reservation by bank transfer.
  • Second payment: 70% of the booking amount 14 days before arrival via bank transfer.
  • The booking total does not include the additional items you have booked; these will be paid directly on site.

  • The deposit is paid through the service provider SWIKLY APP. It has a very high security standard and allows you to make your deposit through debit or credit card without reducing your account balance or card limit.

  • Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing by email. The local time of your booked holiday home applies.

  • Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of your stay will be refunded in full. If you cancel at least 8 days before the start of the stay, you will receive a 70% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations within the last 7 days. There is the option of postponing your travel dates. In this case, only the 7% service fee will be retained.
